乳蛾的古代文献研究

A study on the ancient literature of Ru’e

本文对古代文献中的“乳蛾”的病名、病因病机、症状诊断、治疗和预后五个方面进行分析和总结。急性发作多为实热证,分别给以疏散风热,利咽消肿;清热解毒,通利大便;清热泻火,解毒利咽;行气化痰散结。对于肾水亏乏、肺肾阴虚而导致喉核失养发病者,应注意顾护津液,滋养肺肾。除了内治法,刀刺法、火烙法、吹喉法等外治方法和针灸疗法也被历代医家所重视,广泛地运用于治疗乳蛾及咽喉肿痛的病变。

This paper analyzes and summarizes five aspects including the name,etiology and pathogenesis,symptom diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Ru’e(乳蛾)in ancient literature.The acute exacerbation of Ru’e is manifested as the Shire type(实热证),which can be treated by Shusan Fengre(疏散风热),Liyan Xiaozhong(利咽消肿);Qingre jiedu(清热解毒),Tongli Dabian(通利大便),Qingre Xiehuo(清热泻火),Jiedu Liyan(解毒利咽),Xingqi Huatan Sanjie(行气化痰散结).Ru’e from Shenshui Kuifa(肾水亏乏),Feishen Yinxu(肺肾阴虚)is necessary to pay attention to Guhu jinye(顾护津液),Ziyan Feishen(滋养肺肾).In addition,external treatment and acupuncture have also been valued by doctors and are widely used in clinical practice.
