射干麻黄汤联合穴位敷贴治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

Efficacy of the Shegan Mahuang decoction with acupoint application on acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma in children

目的:研究临床急性发作的支气管哮喘小儿接受射干麻黄汤联合穴位敷贴治疗的效果。方法:选择我院2016年3月-2018年6月收治的98例支气管哮喘急性发作小儿进行研究,将其中49例仅接受射干麻黄汤治疗的患儿视作对照组,另外49例联合接受射干麻黄汤、穴位敷贴治疗的患儿视作观察组,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后喘息、肺部哮鸣音、咳嗽、咳痰症状评分均低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗后总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组总有效率的77.55%(χ^2=3.857 0,P=0.049 5);观察组治疗后1 s用力呼气肺容积(Forced Expiratory Volume,FEV1)、最大呼气流速(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)指标水平均高于对照组(t=16.775 5、11.419 3,P=0.000 0、0.000 0)。结论:射干麻黄汤联合穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘急性发作小儿能够使患儿症状得到更明显改善,获得更高的治疗效果,可推广。

Objective:To study the effect of the Shegan Mahuang decoction(射干麻黄汤)with acupoint application on bronchial asthma in children with acute exacerbation.Methods:98 children with acute bronchial asthma who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.49 children who received the Shegan Mahuang decoction were regarded as the control group,and 49 patients received acupoint application more as the observation group.Results:The scores of wheezing,lung wheezing,cough and cough symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the observation group after treatment was 91.84%,was higher than 77.55%in the control group.(χ^2=3.857 0,P=0.049 5).The observed index of forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and Peak Expiratory Flow(PEF)was higher in the observation group(t=16.775 5),11.419 3,P=0.000 0,0.000 0).Conclusion:The Shegan Mahuang decoction with acupoint application on acute asthmatic bronchitis can improve the symptoms of children and obtain higher therapeutic effects.
