千金苇茎汤加减联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效分析

目的:探究社区获得性肺炎用千金苇茎汤加减联合左氧氟沙星治疗效果。方法:选取2016年5月-2018年5月本院收治的70例社区获得性肺炎患者进行研究,分组原则:随机数字表法,将70例患者分为对照组、治疗组,每组35例,对照组用左氧氟沙星治疗,治疗组用千金苇茎汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗。结果:血清炎症指标与对照组比较,治疗组较优(P<0.05);与对照组比较治疗有效率,治疗组较高(P<0.05);临床症状评分与对照组相比,治疗组较低(P<0.05)。结论:给予社区获得性肺炎患者千金苇茎汤加减联合左氧氟沙星治疗,能提高治疗效果、改善血清炎性指标,临床应用价值高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of the Qianjin Weijing decoction(千金苇茎汤)plus Levofloxacin on community-acquired pneumonia.Methods:Seventy patients with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled,and were divided into the control group and treatment group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the treatment group was treated with the Qianjin Weijing decoction more.Results:The serum index was better in the treatment group(P<0.05).Efficiency was higher in the treatment group(P<0.05).The clinical symptom score was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qianjin Weijing decoction plus Levofloxacin on community-acquired pneumonia was effective,can improve the serum inflammatory index,and is worth promoting.
