枳术颗粒治疗湿热中阻型胃溃疡临床疗效观察

Efficacy of the Zhizhu granules on gastric ulcer of the Shire Zhongzu type

目的:观察自制中药枳术颗粒对湿热中阻型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将180例湿热中阻型患者随机分为两组,治疗组93例,给予枳术颗粒口服,对照组87例,给予抑酸、抗幽门螺旋杆菌药物治疗。观察治疗4周后临床总有效率、治疗前后主要临床症状改善情况、胃镜下胃黏膜改善情况及治疗后复发率。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率为94.7%,对照组为81.6%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组在改善主要临床症状方面,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对中医辨证属于湿热中阻型胃溃疡患者,给予枳术颗粒口服可以明显提高临床有效率。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Zhizhu granules(枳术颗粒)on gastric ulcer of the Shiren Zhongzu type(湿热中阻型).Methods:180 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with the Zhizhu granules,and the control group took western medicine.Results:The clinical efficacy was 94.7%in the treatment group and 81.6%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups in the improvement of the main clinical symptoms was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhizhu granules can significantly improve the clinical efficiency.
