丹芪地黄汤对早期糖尿病肾病炎性因子IL-6和TNF-α的影响

Efficacy of the Danqi Dihuang decoction on inflammatory factors IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with early diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨丹芪地黄汤在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的临床效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2018年6月于我院治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者72例作为对象,电脑抽取随机数法分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例)。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹芪地黄汤治疗,4周治疗后对患者效果进行评估。采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定两组治疗前、治疗后4周白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-a(Tumor Necrosis Factor-a,TNF-a)水平;统计并记录两组治疗后恶心呕吐、腹泻、血压波动、肝功能异常、皮疹发生率,比较两组临床效果及对IL-6、TNF-a水平的影响。结果:观察组治疗后4周近期疗效率为97.22%,高于对照组86.11%(P<0.05);两组治疗前IL-6及TNF-a水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后4周IL-6及TNF-a水平,均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后恶心呕吐、腹泻、血压波动、肝功能异常、皮疹发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将丹芪地黄汤用于早期糖尿病肾病患者中能获得较高近期疗效,能降低炎症因子水平,安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Danqi Dihuang decoction(丹芪地黄汤)on patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Seventy-two patients were divided into the control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases).The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment.The observation group was treated with the Danqi Dihuang decoction more.Results:The short-term efficacy rate in the observation group was 97.22%at 4 weeks after treatment,which was higher than 86.11%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-a in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,blood pressure fluctuation,liver function abnormality and rash after treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Danqi Dihuang decoction was effective in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,with higher safety,and is worthy of popularization and application.
