补阳还五汤联合西比灵治疗后循环缺血(气虚血瘀)及对Hcy、血脂影响的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus sibelium on posterior circulation ischemia of the Qixu Xueyu type and the Hcy and blood lipids

目的:观察补阳还五汤对后循环缺血(气虚血瘀)患者的临床疗效及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)、血脂的影响。方法:将符合标准的80例后循环缺血(气虚血瘀)患者按随机数字表法分为补阳还五汤+西比灵(治疗组)和西比灵(对照组),每组各40例,治疗4周,观察治疗前后患者的症状及Hcy、血脂变化,并采用中医症状分级评分量表对各患者进行疗效评定。结果:治疗前后组内比较疗效显著,组间比较治疗组更有优势。两组治疗后证候积分均下降,且组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。两组血脂水平治疗前后均有下降,但治疗组较对照组下降明显。Hcy水平治疗前后比较,组内比较前后显著差异,组间比较,治疗组优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合西比灵治疗后循环缺血(气虚血瘀)疗效显著,通过降低Hcy及血脂水平是其可能的作用机制之一。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction(补阳还五汤)plus sibelium on posterior circulation ischemia of the Qixu Xueyu type(气虚血瘀)and the effect of Hcy and blood lipids lipid.Methods:80 patients were divided into the treatment group and control group,40 cases in each.The treatment group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus sibelium.The control group was given sibelium.Results:The effect was significant between before and after treatment,and that in the treatment group was better.The syndromes in two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group was superior to the control group.Blood lipid levels in two groups were decreased before and after treatment,and those in the treatment group were decreased significantly.Hcy level between before and after treatment shows statistically significant differences,and that in the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus sibelium shows a remarkable effect,and is one of the possible mechanisms to reduce the level of blood lipids and lipid.
