活血化瘀配合清热消肿法治疗Pilon骨折早期肿痛的疗效观察

Efficacy of the Huoxue Huayu plus Qingre Xiaozhong therapy on early swelling and pain from Pilon fractures

目的:探讨采用活血化瘀配合清热消肿法应用竭七胶囊配合复方三黄液外敷治疗Pilon骨折患肢早期肿痛的疗效。方法:将2014年1月-2018年6月收住院治疗60例PilonⅢ型骨折的患者为研究对象,随机分配到对照组或试验组,每组30例,对照组应用骨科常规治疗配合竭七胶囊口服,试验组在对照组治疗的加用冰镇复方三黄外敷治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:入院后3天两组患肢均较入院时均出现明显肿胀,试验组的肿胀程度小于对照组,疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)较入院有明显改善,试验组优于对照组,入院7天两组患者足踝部肿胀改善程度、皮肤出现皱褶的时间及VAS均比入院时有明显改善,试验组优于对照组。结论:活血化瘀配合清热消肿法应用竭七胶囊配合复方三黄液外敷能够有效改善Pilon骨折早期肿胀和减轻局部疼痛,缩短治疗时间,疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Huoxue Huayu(活血化瘀)plus Qingre Xiaozhong(清热消肿)therapy on early swelling and pain from Pilon fractures.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated by conventional orthopedics plus the Jieqi capsules(竭七胶囊).The experimental group was treated with the Fufang Sanhuang liquid(复方三黄液)more.Results:The affected limbs showed significant swelling at 3 days after admission.The swelling in the experimental group was less than the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was significantly improved compared with the admission in the experimental group.In 7 days,the improvement of the swelling of the ankle and foot,the time of skin wrinkles and the VAS were significantly improved in the two groups.Those in the experimental group were better.Conclusion:The Huoxue Huayu with Qingre Xiaozhong therapy can effectively improve the early swelling and reduce local pain of Pilon fracture and shorten the treatment time.
