手法复位小夹板外固定结合中药治疗中老年桡骨远端骨折疗效观察

目的:分析和探索手法复位小夹板外固定结合中药治疗中老年桡骨远端骨折疗效。方法:收集2016年1月-2018年1月本院诊治的40例中老年桡骨远端骨折患者,分别采取手法复位及手法复位联合中药治疗,分析比较两者之间的疗效差异。结果:实验组水肿消退时间及骨折愈合时间明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组的尺偏角平均变化低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组术后6个月的腕关节优良率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:手法复位联合中药对桡骨远端骨折治疗具有显著的治疗效果,促进骨折愈合,恢复腕关节功能,具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To analyze and explore the efficacy of manual reduction and small splint with TCM medicine on distal humeral fractures in middle-aged.Methods:Forty patients with distal humeral fractures from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.The patients were treated by manual reduction and manual reduction with TCM medicine respectively.Results:The edema regression time and fracture healing time in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The mean change of ulnar deviation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.The excellent rate of wrist joints in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 6 months after operation,P<0.05.Conclusion:Manipulative reduction with TCM medicine was effective on distal radius fracture,by promoting fracture healing and restoring wrist function.
