银质针配合导热疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析

Efficacy of silver needle with heat conduction therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的:观察银质针配合导热疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:对120例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组采用银质针治疗配合导热治疗的方法,对照组采用传统的针刺方法进行治疗,两组患者治疗3周以后进行临床疗效观察。结果:经对比,治疗组和对照组治疗均有效,但治疗组效果更优,两组治疗后评分经统计学检验,P<0.05。结论:银质针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,没有明显不良反应。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of silver needle with heat conduction therapy on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:120 cases were divided into the treatment group(given silver needle and heat conduction therapy)and control group(conventional acupuncture).Results:Efficacy in the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The silver needle and heat conduction therapy on CSR was effective,with no obviously adverse reaction.
