针灸治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病有效性的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the effectiveness of acupuncture on CHD

目的:系统评价针灸治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)有效性性及安全性的分析。方法:利用计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库及维普数据库自建库以来至2018年11月发表的关于针灸或者针灸联合药物治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的临床随机对照试验(Randomized Controlled Trial,RCT),筛选符合纳入标准随机对照试验,提取数据后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共检索到7篇文章,共621名患者符合纳入标准,通过观察治疗前后心绞痛疗效比较、心电图(Electrocardiogram,ECG)改变方面进行评价。结论:针灸治疗在改善患者临床症状方面明显优于对照组(P<0.000 01),差异具有统计学意义,针灸在治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病方面具有明确的临床效果,值得推广。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupuncture on coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:RCT of acupuncture or acupuncture plus medication on CHD was searched by computer.The randomized controlled trials were included in the inclusion criteria.After extracting the data,the meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results:A total of 7 articles were retrieved,and a total of 621 patients met the inclusion criteria.Evaluation was made on the comparison of the curative effect of angina pectoris and the change of ECG before and after treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with CHD,and has a clear clinical effect,is worth promoting.
