普通螺钉固定移位蝶形骨块辅助治疗锁骨骨折的效果

Effect of Common Screw Fixation and Displacement of Butterfly Bone Block in Assistant Treatment of Clavicular Fracture

目的:探讨重建S形钢板固定联合普通螺钉固定移位蝶形骨块治疗锁骨骨折的效果。方法:将2015年1月~2018年6月收治的50例锁骨骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各25例。对照组予以重建S形钢板固定治疗,研究组予以重建S形钢板固定联合普通螺钉固定移位蝶形骨块治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后生活质量评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果:研究组治疗优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前生活质量评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组生活质量评分较治疗前显著提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率6.67%显著低于对照组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论:锁骨骨折采用重建S形钢板固定联合普通螺钉固定移位蝶形骨块治疗疗效确切,可降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高患者术后生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of reconstruction S-shaped plate fixation combined with common screw fixation and displacement of sphenoid bone block in the treatment of clavicular fracture.Methods:Fifty patients with clavicular fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2018 were divided into two groups according to random number method.25 patients in the control group were treated with reconstructed S-shaped plate fixation and 25 patients in the study group were treated with reconstructed S-shaped plate fixation combined with common screw fixation and displaced sphenoid bone block.The clinical efficacy,quality of life score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of clavicular fracture with reconstruction S-shaped plate fixation combined with common screw fixation and displacement of butterfly bone block has a definite effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
