摘要
从电厂高压除氧器的工作原理、介质工作状况入手,对除氧器常见测量仪表的测量原理进行了介绍,并着重阐述了差压变送器测量水位的原理。在此基础上,分析了电厂高压除氧器水位异常时的工况和机理,对差压变送器水位计在除氧器异常工况时显示的水位进行了定量计算,为水位异常的正确处理提供了理论依据。
This paper introduces the working principle of the high pressure deaerator in power plant,the working condition of medium and the measuring principle of common water level measuring instrument of deaerator,and expounds the principle of measuring water level by differential pressure transmitter in detail.On this basis,the working conditions and mechanism of abnormal water level in high pressure deaerator of power plant are analyzed,the water level displayed by the differential pressure transmitter is quantitatively calculated under the abnormal working condition of deaerator,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of water level anomalies.
