摘要
U-GA-1001A循环水泵更换泵头后,泵轴发生断裂故障,通过对断轴的取样解剖、断口的宏观形貌分析、材料的化学成分分析、键槽材料金相检查发现:循环水泵轴的断裂是由于泵轴中心数据的变化导致的,也就是设备本身发生了位移所引起的。通过分析找到产生位移的原因,采取阻断泵偏移的路径、注意安装细节、掌握好各项数据等措施,检修至今设备运行稳定。
After the U-GA-1001A circulating water pump is re-applied,the pump shaft was fractured.Based on sampling and dissection of the fractured shaft,the macroscopic morphology analysis of the fracture surface,the chemical composition analysis of the material,and the metallographic examination of the keyway material,it is found that the fracture of circulating water pump shaft is caused by the change of the pump shaft center data,that is,the displacement of the equipment itself.The factors that cause the displacement are found through analysis,the path of the pump offset is blocked,the installation details are carefully observed,and the various data are mastered.Consequently,the equipment has been operated stably since the maintenance.
