微旋流分离技术在炼厂工艺过程优化中的应用

摘要 随着理论研究的深入、模拟精度的提高以及实验条件的改善,旋流分离技术取得了突飞猛进的发展,在炼油化工、环境保护、矿物开采等众多领域中获得了广泛应用。随着炼厂工艺过程对旋流分离精度以及低压降要求的提高,旋流分离技术正在朝微型化、精密化发展,其分离精度也逐渐从毫米级、微米级提升至亚微米级、纳米级甚至是离子、分子级。文章重点介绍了气-液、气-固、液-固、液-液和液-气5种微旋流分离技术的发展现状、在炼厂诸多装置工艺过程优化中的应用以及取得的直接或间接经济效益。 With the deepening of theoretical research,the increase of simulation precision,the improvement of testing methods and experimental conditions,the cyclone separation technology has achieved rapid development and has been widely used in many fields such as refining and chemical industry,environmental protection and mineral mining.With the increase of refinery process requirement on cyclone separation precision and low pressure drop,the cyclone separation technology is developing towards miniaturization and precision,and its separation accuracy is gradually improved from millimeter and micron to submicron and nanoscale,and even ions and molecular grades.The article focuses on the development of five kinds of micro-swirl separation technologies of gas-liquid,gas-solid,liquid-solid,liquid-liquid and liquid-gas,application in the process optimization of many plant refineries,and direct or indirect economic benefits.
