摘要
总结了泄漏检测与修复(LDAR)技术在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司(上海石化)3#重整装置中的应用,简单介绍了LDAR技术的实施流程,对2017—2018年上海石化3#重整装置在LDAR实施中采集的泄漏数据进行了统计和分析,研究了重整装置中挥发性有机物(VOCs)在不同条件下的泄漏规律,并针对性地对提出了应对措施,为LDAR技术在石油化工行业中的应用推广提供参考。
The application of Leak Detection and Repair(LDAR)technology in 3#reforming unit of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.(SPC)was summarized.The implementation process of LDAR technology was briefly introduced.The leakage data collected in the LDAR implementation on 3#reforming unit of SPC in 2017—2018 was statistically analyzed.The leakage laws of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in the reforming unit under different conditions were studied,and the countermeasures were proposed,which provided reference for the application and promotion of LDAR technology in petrochemical industry.
