肺炎克雷伯菌在非综合性医院的耐药性特点

Drug resistance of klebsiella pneumoniae in Chinese non-general hospital

目的:了解2014年—2016年湖北省中医院肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性特点,为其感染的预防控制和治疗提供相关依据。方法:对2014年1月—2016年12月送检的标本进行分离培养、细菌鉴定和药敏试验,按相关规程共分离出247株菌株,采用山东鑫科公司生产的HX-21细菌鉴定药敏分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药敏试验,报告药敏结果用最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值表示。用WHONET5.6软件对资料进行统计分析。结果:3年间肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药率有不同程度的增加,其中对厄他培南和亚胺培南的耐药率由0分别上升至7.41%和5.80%,同时耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率也在增长。结论:肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药性呈增长趋势,对青霉素类抗菌药物耐药性明显增加,需要加强耐药性的监测,预防其在院内流行。

Objective:To understand the drug resistance of klebsiella pneumoniae in hubei provincial hospital of traditional chinese medicine between 2014 and 2016,and to provide relevant evidence for clinical prevention and control and treatment of diseases caused by its infection.Methods:In January 2014 to December 2016 specimens submitted in accordance with the relevant procedures.The specimens were isolated and cultured,the bacteria identified in the drug sensitivity analysis,247 strains were isolated.The bacteriostatic test was carried out with the HX-21 bacterium identification drug susceptibility analyzer manufactured by shandong scenker company.The results of the report were tested with the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).Information using WHONET5.6 software statistical analysis.Results:The drug resistance rate of Klebsiella pneumoniae increased with the change of the year,and the resistance rate of escitalopram and imipenem increased from 0 to 7.41%and 5.80%respectively.The detection of carbapenem-resistant klebsiella pneumoniae is also increasing.Conclusion:The drug resistance of klebsiella pneumoniae were increasing trend,especially for penicillin antibacterial drug resistance increased significantly,the need to strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance,thus preventing its popularity in the hospital.
