综合护理干预对食管癌放化疗患者的不良反应发生率、护理满意度及生活质量影响的研究

Study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on incidence of adverse reaction,nursing satisfaction and quality of life for patients with esophageal cancer on chemoradiotherapy

目的:观察食管癌放化疗患者进行综合护理干预后的不良反应发生率及护理满意度。方法:选择2014年1月—2017年12月98例食管癌放化疗患者,随机分为两组,每组49例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者进行综合护理干预。对两组食管癌患者干预后的生活质量、不良反应发生率、焦虑和抑郁评分及护理满意度进行比较分析。结果:干预后观察组患者的生活质量评分均较干预前和对照组明显提高(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的重度消化道反应、重度放射性食管炎及骨髓抑制发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可明显提高食管癌放化疗患者的生活质量和护理满意度,降低不良反应发生率和负性情绪。

Objective:To study on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on incidence of adverse reaction,nursing satisfaction and quality of life for patients with esophageal cancer on chemoradiotherapy.Methods:All 106 cases of patients with esophageal cancer on chemoradiotherapy were randomly split into two groups.Control group was given routine nursing intervention,while observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Quality of life,incidence of adverse reaction,anxiety and depression score,and nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared.Results:Quality of life in observation group after intervention was significantly higher than before intervention and control group after intervention(P<0.05).Incidence of severe digestive tract reaction,severe reflex esophagitis and myelosuppression in observation group after intervention was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores in observation group after intervention were significantly lower than before intervention and control group after intervention(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group after intervention was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer on chemoradiotherapy can effectively enhance quality of life and nursing satisfaction,reduce incidence of adverse reaction and negative emotion.
