复方中草药添加剂对海兰蛋鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine Additives on Production Performance of Hailan Layers

摘要 为研究在饲料中添加不同剂量的复方中草药(主要成分为淫羊藿、马齿苋、女贞子、金樱子和松针)对海兰蛋鸡生产性能的影响,试验随机选取750只53周龄海兰蛋鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复25只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,A、B、C、D组分别添加0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 g·只-1·d-1的复方中草药添加剂。结果表明:在日粮中添加不同剂量的复方中草药对采食量、蛋重和蛋品质(蛋形指数、蛋壳颜色、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度和哈氏单位)都没有显著的影响(P>0.05);但该复方中草药可以显著提高海兰蛋鸡产蛋率和平均日产蛋重(P<0.05),并可降低料蛋比(P<0.01),其中,添加剂量为1.5 g·只-1·d-1时效果最为显著。说明饲粮中添加该复方中草药可以提高海兰蛋鸡的生产性能和饲料转化效率。 In order to study the effect of different doses of compound Chinese herbal medicine added into the feeds(the main ingredients of which were herba epimedium,purslane,ligustrum lucidum ait,rosa laevigata michx and pine needles)on the production performance of hailan layers,750 hailan layers aged 53 weeks were randomly selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 repetitions in each group and 25 chickens in each repetition.The control group was fed with basal ration,while the compound Chinese herbal medicine additives of 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 g·d-1 per layer were added to Group A,B,C and D respectively.The results showed that the addition of different doses of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the daily ration had no significant effect on feed intake,egg weight and egg quality(such as egg shape index,eggshell color,eggshell thickness,eggshell strength,albumen height and haugh unit)(P>0.05).However,the compound Chinese herbal medicine could significantly increase the laying rate and average daily egg weight of hailan layers(P<0.05)and also reduce the feed-gain ratio(P<0.01),among which the effect was the most significant when the quantity of additive was 1.5 g·d-1 per layer.It indicated that the addition of compound Chinese herbal medicine in the feedstuffs could improve the production performance and feed conversion rate of hailan layers.
