3D打印联合影像导航技术在鼻颅底手术中的应用 被引量:4

APPLICATION OF 3D PRINTING TECHNOLOGY COMBINED WITH IMAGE NAVIGATION IN ENDONASAL SKULL BASE SURGERY

摘要 目的探讨3D打印联合影像导航技术在鼻颅底手术中应用的可行性和价值。方法回顾性分析自2016年10月—2018年4月在我院进行3D打印联合影像导航系统辅助下内镜鼻颅底手术的9例患者的临床资料,其中6例为鼻颅底肿瘤患者,3例为鼻颅底贯通异物伤患者。所有患者术前应用三维重建和3D打印模型进行个体化手术入路设计和病情沟通,术中在影像导航辅助下完成手术。结果9例患者在3D打印联合影像导航系统辅助下成功完成内镜鼻颅底手术,6例行肿瘤全切除术,3例成功取出异物。所有患者术后随访6个月以上均未见肿瘤复发,未见异物残留,无并发症出现。结论应用3D打印联合影像导航系统辅助内镜治疗鼻颅底疾病可利于个体化手术方案的设计和医患沟通,手术并发症少,可实现精准医疗。 [Objective]To investigate the feasibility and clinical effect of 3D printing technology combined with image navigation in endonasal skull base surgery.[Methods]A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 9 patients who underwent endonasal skull base surgery assisted by 3D printing technology combined with image navigation in our hospital from October 2016 to April 2018,and among these patients,6 had nasal skull base tumors and 3 had foreign body perforation of the nasal skull base.Before surgery,3D reconstruction and 3D-printing model were used to design individualized surgical approach and communicate with patients on disease conditions,and image navigation was used during surgery.[Results]All patients underwent a successful endonasal skull base surgery with the help of 3D printing technology combined with image navigation,with total tumor resection for 6 patients and foreign body removal for 3 patients.All patients were followed up for more than 6 months,and no recurrence,foreign body residue,or complications were observed.[Conclusion]In endonasal skull base surgery,3D printing technology combined with image navigation helps with the design of individualized surgical procedure and doctor-patient communication and has few surgical complications,and it may help to realize precision medicine.
