在舰船立项论证、方案设计阶段,需根据舰船主要用途和航行环境条件贯彻通用质量特性设计要求,提升通用质量特性设计能力,保障舰船交付使用后的功能可靠性和性能指标的先进性。
According to the main tasks and navigation environment conditions of ships,the design requirements of universal quality characteristics for full life span should be implemented in the stage of demonstration for project approval and technical design,and the developer should continuously improve the design capability of universal quality characteristics,so as to effectively guarantee the functional reliability and advanced performance index of ships after delivery.
