基于PLM的工程机械产品一体化工程变更管理研究

Research on integrated engineering change management of construction machinery products based on PLM

基于CMII理论基础,提出了基于工程机械产品的一体化变更流程。首先,分析了工程机械企业工程变更存在的问题:产品更改的问题报告数据缺乏结构化管理,上下游更改数据缺少一体化管理,以及变更的流程无法闭环。其次,结合产品成熟度、问题影响度及问题紧急度等维度,对一体化工程变更流程进行了分析。最后,对产品的变更场景进行了确定。研究结果表明:一体化工程变更流程,将实现工程变更上下游数据的一体化管理和变更流程闭环控制。该流程将提高产品的改进、升级换代的效率,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。

According to CMII theory,an integrated change process based on construction machinery products is proposed.Firstly,the problems of engineering change in construction machinery enterprises are analyzed:the problem report data of product change lacks structured management,the upstream and downstream change data lacks integrated management,and the change process cannot be closed-loop.Secondly,the integrated engineering change process is analyzed based on product maturity,problem impact and problem urgency.Finally,the change scenario of the product is determined.The results show that the integrated engineering change process will realize the integrated management of upstream and downstream data of engineering change and the closedloop control of change process.This process will level up the efficiency of product improvement and upgrading,so does the core competitiveness of enterprises.
