摘要
通过探讨“三合一”电机的工作制,给出了两种工作制下额定功率换算和机构工作级别与电动机负载持续率的关系的方法,将“三合一”减速器的选型参数(电机功率、服务系数等)与起重机的关键性技术参数(机构工作级别、电动机工作制等)建立定量关系,以供起重机设计者参考借鉴。
Through discussions on the working systems of the“three-in-one”motor,method for conversing rated power and the relationship between the working level of the mechanism and the load continuation rate of the motor under the two working systems are given.The quantitative relationship is established between the type selection parameters of the“three-in-one”reducer(motor power,service coefficient,etc.)and the key technical parameters of the crane(working level of the mechanism,working system of the motor,etc.),so as to serve as a reference for crane designers.
