摘要 钢厂吊运钢水包的铸造起重机增设动力回转龙门吊具是扩大整机工作范围和提高设备适应性的重要措施。动力回转龙门吊具的设计应重点关注摩擦阻力的变化程度和热辐射的影响,吊具回转轴及径向轴承组的制造安装垂线度误差是设计关键环节之一,动力回转龙门吊具在电动机、制动器、减速器、支撑轴承组等部分的承载能力都应考虑热辐射影响而留有足够的容量裕度。 The addition of rotodynamic gantry crane sling is an important measure to expand the working range of the whole machine and improve the adaptability of the steel ladle casting crane.During the design of rotodynamic gantry crane,attentions shall be paid on the change degree of friction resistance and the influence of thermal radiation.The manufacturing and installation vertical line error of sling rotating shaft and bearing set on radial direction is one of the key links in the design.As for bearing capacity of rotodynamic gantry crane in the motor,brake,reducer,support bearing set and other parts,the influence of thermal radiation should be considered,and sufficient capacity margin shall be given.
