摘要
例举一种采用集中控制系统控制缆索吊作业,该系统采用西门子PLC采集各项数据,在CPU里对数据分析处理后,通过控制电路控制变频器和电机,实现电机的正常工作,在缆索吊一侧的控制中心即可实现两侧电机的控制,在显示设备上数据和显示报警信息。在数据采集的同时安装视频监控系统,辅助操作人员操作。设备上加装无线传输模块,可以通过手机APP和访问服务器的方式远程查看现场数据和视频,方便工程负责人员实时监控现场工作状态。
This paper exemplifies a centralized control system to control cable crane operation.Siemens PLC is used in this system to collect various data.After the data is analyzed and processed in the CPU,the inverter and motor are controlled by the control circuit to realize the normal operation of the motor.The control center on one side of the cable crane can realize the control of the motors on both sides,and display data and alarm information on the display equipment.During data acquisition,a video monitoring system is installed to assist operators in operation.A wireless transmission module is installed on the equipment,so that field data and videos can be remotely viewed through a mobile phone APP and a server access mode,and the on-site working state can be conveniently monitored in real time by project director.
