基于单片机的矿用电机车弯道自动减速装置的设计

摘要 本文通过对现在电机车存在问题的研究分析,基于atmega16系列单片机,设计了一套弯道自动减速装置,该装置包括光电传感器、超声波测距模块、报警模块、电机测速模块和电源模块。通过理论分析验证了系统运行的可行性,并设计了硬件电路,编写程序进行了实验研究,整个系统都是采用模块化的设计,实现了系统简单、稳定、可靠运行。 Based on the research and analysis of the existing problems of electric locomotives,a set of automatic deceleration device for bends is designed based on ATmega16 series single-chip computer.The device includes photoelectric sensor,ultrasonic ranging module,alarm module,motor speed measurement module and power module.Through theoretical analysis,the feasibility of the system is verified,and the hardware circuit is designed,and the program is written for experimental study.The whole system is designed by modularization,which realizes the simple,stable and reliable operation of the system.
