摘要
电力机车试验站25KV送电报警系统是用于电力机车出厂电气设备通电试验时接触网通电报警,提示机车车顶人员撤离到安全距离外,防止触电事故发生。该报警系统,从10KV高压开关柜采集25KV电压送电状态信号,采集的信号送PLC控制器进行处理,然后控制五处报警灯进行高压送电警示,利用电流传感器检查报警灯的工作状态,当某处的电流信号消失时,控制系统进行报警指示,及时维修或进行应急处理;达到可靠的高压送电报警功能。
The 25kV power transmission alarm system of the electric locomotive test station is used to alarm the overhead contact network when the electric equipment of the electric locomotive leaves the factory during the power-on test,which prompts the locomotive roof personnel to evacuate outside the safe distance and prevents the electric shock accident.The alarm system collects 25vV voltage transmission status signal from 10kV high voltage switchgear,sends the collected signal to PLC controller for processing,then controls five alarm lights for high-voltage transmission warning,checks the working status of alarm lights by current sensors,and when the current signal disappears,the control system carries out alarm instructions,timely maintenance or emergency treatment to achieve reliable;High-voltage power transmission alarm function.
