Comprehensive Evaluation of Water Conservancy Project Quality Supervision in Panjin City

文章深入剖析了盘锦市水利工程质量监督现状,从合同管理、质量行为、监督经费、资料整编、人员素质、监督机制与管理制度7个方面分析了基层质量监督机构存在的问题。然后对影响质量监督行为的各因素权重利用G1法确定,并以实际工程为例利用集对分析法综合评价了其质量监督状况,可为提升质量监督工作效率提供一定参考依据。

This study analyzed deeply the actuality of water conservancy project quality supervision in Panjin City,and issues existing in the grass-roots quality supervision organizations are analyzed from seven respects,such as contract management,quality behavior,supervision cost,data reorganization,personnel quality,supervision mechanism and management system.The weight of each factor affecting quality supervision behavior was decided with GI method,and the set pair analysis method was applied to evaluate the situation of its quality supervision based on practical engineering,providing certain reference accordance for increasing the efficiency of quality supervision work.
