摘要
分析了星用混合微系统组装生产线的特点及不足,通过信息化系统、智能仓储及自动化物料配送、MCM混合柔性数字化组装生产线及全自动T/R数字化组装生产线等的实施和有机结合,实现了星用混合微系统数字化组装生产线的建设,年产能由当前的2万只模块迅速提升至20万只的能力。
The characteristics and shortcomings of the assembly line for satellite hybrid microsystem were analyzed,The digitalized assembly line for satellite hybrid microsystem has been realized through the implementation and integration of information system,intelligent warehousing and automatic distribution system,MCM hybrid flexible assembly line and fully automatic T/R digitalized assembly line,and the annual production capacity has been greatly increased from current 20,000 modules to 200,000 modules.
