摘要 在天线制造技术发展趋势的基础上,说明了共形天线的军事需求。介绍了各种共形制造技术特点,重点描述了选用的喷墨打印结合激光加工的增材制造技术,采用该技术制作出了宽带射频天线。该种天线通过性能测试和可靠性考核,满足机载平台对天线性能的需求。试验结果表明,基于喷墨打印的激光增材技术可应用于宽带共形天线的制造,解决复杂安装条件下的天线共形集成问题。 The military requirement of conformal antenna is explained on the basis of developing trend of antenna manufacturing technology.The characteristics of different conformal manufacturing technology are introduced.The technology of inkjet printing combined with laser additive manufacturing is described emphatically.The broad band radio frequency antenna has be made by using this technology.The results of testing and reliability prove that the antenna can be used for Airborne Platform.The laser additive manufacturing based on the inkjet printing technology can be applied to make broad band radio frequency conformal antenna,and resolve the problem of antenna conformal integration in the complex assembly situation.
