摘要
某雷达液体旋转关节在整机试验中出现漏液现象,通过对泄漏原因的分析,从动密封结构形式的选择、动密封相匹配的密封件及装配过程控制三个方面采取相应措施,来保证密封的可靠。
The leakage of a radar liquid rotary joint occurred in overall machine test,through the analysis of the leakage causes,the corresponding measures are put forward to ensure the sealing reliability in use from three aspects including optimization of dynamic seal structure,choice of matched sealing element and control of assembly process.
