应用型卓越法治人才培养模式的探索与实践——以安徽建筑大学为例

On the Cultivation Mode of Distinguished Applied Talents of Legal Services based on the Exploration and Practice of Anhui Jianzhu University

针对目前法治人才质量对接实际需求的耦合度不高、法治人才的法律职业伦理和法治理念分量不够、实践性能力状况与岗位适应性要求之间存有间隙、良性法律职业共同体建设尚需加强等问题,安徽建筑大学坚持错位发展、特色发展,不断探索、优化卓越法治人才培养模式,提高法治人才培养质量,以适应国家、社会对应用型人才的迫切需求。

There are various problems concerning the cultivation of talents of legal services,among which are the low quality of legal talents and high requirements of legal practice,the insufficient knowledge of professional ethic and the idea of rule of law for legal practitioners,the gap between practical competence and job requirements for the legal talents,the consolidation of a healthy community of legal profession.Targeting at solving these problems,Anhui Jianzhu University upholds the idea of coordinated development and specialized development,exploring and optimizing the cultivation mode of distinguished applied talents of legal services,improving the quality of the talents,in order to meet the needs of applied legal talents in the society and the nation.
