This paper introduces how many kinds of solid particles,water and powders are intelligently proportioned in the production process of building material sheet,which is based on weight and visual coordination to control the proportioning more accurately,volume calculation and raw material quality detection.It also explains how the system establishes control network,controls equipment selection,and so on.Some control algorithms.
