摘要
机器人的高效安全作业替代了繁重的体力劳动,大大提高了工作效率。本文主要描述了分拣机器人的设计原理、及其目标识别技术和机器人的运作过程,分析了物流分拣机器人分拣关键技术在行业的应用现状,及其未来的发展趋势。机器人分拣系统的构建与实验,为物流分拣过程简化操作,降低分拣错误率,减轻分拣工作成本提供了有力的依据,验证了相关理论对实际应用的指导意义。
The efficient and safe operation of robots has replaced the heavy manual work and greatly improved the working efficiency.This paper mainly describes the design principle of sorting robot,its target recognition technology and the operation process of the robot,and analyses the application status of the sorting key technology of logistics sorting robot in the industry and its future development trend.The construction and experiment of the robot sorting system provide a powerful basis for simplifying the operation of the logistics sorting process,reducing the sorting error rate and reducing the sorting cost,and verify the guiding significance of the relevant theory for practical application.
