运用社会网络分析法与层次分析法识别“东突”恐怖分子网络核心成员

Identifying the Key Players of the “East Turkistan” Terrorism Network by Using Social Network Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process

“东突”恐怖势力是我国面对的最大恐怖主义威胁。识别恐怖活动网络核心成员是反恐工作的重要内容。当前,人们常用社会网络分析法中的中心度度量方法来排序恐怖活动网络中的节点,识别网络核心成员,但不同的中心度度量方法对网络成员的排序结果不同,给核心成员的识别工作造成困难。本文以公安部通缉的25名“东突”恐怖分子为研究对象,以社会网络分析常用的六类中心度度量方法为决策指标,运用层次分析法对网络成员进行综合分析,排序“东突”恐怖网络成员。实验结果表明,社会网络分析法与层次分析法相结合能更有效的识别“东突”恐怖分子的核心成员。

The"East Turkistan"terrorism is the most serious thread of China.Identifying the key players of the terrorism network is an important work of counter terrorism.Currently,various centrality measures of the Social Network Analysis(SNA)have been commonly used for ranking the nodes and identifying the key players in the terrorism networks.However,each of these individual measures results in different ranking orders,which make it difficult to identify key players.In this paper,we analysis the network of the 25"East Turkistan"terrorists,which had been wanted by the Ministry of Public Security,using AHP with six popular centrality measures of SNA as decision criteria to discover the overall ranking of the 25 terrorists.The results show that the combination of SNA and AHP can be more effective in identifying the key players of the"East Turkistan"terrorism network.
