摘要
博物馆是面向公众传播文化和提供公共服务的重要场所,如何通过多样化的服务令游客获得便捷、舒适的参观体验始终是博物馆努力的方向与动力源。近些年,随着互联网+的飞速发展及博物馆游的兴起,网络和信息技术在博物馆公共服务中的应用成为必然。以重庆自然博物馆为例,通过分析其票务工作曾经存在的问题,提出票务管理系统建设的必要性及目标,重点阐述系统功能需求,总结系统建设意义。
Museum is a critical occasion for the circulation of culture to the general public as well as the provision of public services.So,how to make the tourist have a convenient and comfortable visiting experience through the diversified services has always been the direction and power source that various museums are dedicated to.In quite recent years,through the rapid development of Internet Plus and the emerging of the museum tourism,network and information technology have become the necessity in the application of public services of the museum.So,Chongqing Natural History Museum was taken as the research example in this paper.Through the analysis on the previous existed problems in the ticketing work of the museum,the necessities and the targets for the construction of ticketing management system were put forward.Moreover,the system function demands were stated with a focus,and the meaning for the system construction was summarized.
