摘要
本文分析卫星遥感、有人机监测、海面船舶巡视以及海洋传感器监测手段的应用特点,结合海上石油生产中日常巡检与应急监测两方面需求,构建基于无人机平台的海上石油平台巡检与应急救援系统,通过遥感监测分系统、数据通信分系统、数据处理分系统、综合指挥分系统等的设计,实现海上石油平台巡检与应急救援业务中现场多维感知、视频实时传输、数据快速处理、业务灵活应用,提升海域海上平台设备设施巡检与应急救援水平。
Considering the characteristics of remote sensing satellite,aircraft,ship and ocean sensor,as well as the needs of daily inspection and emergency monitoring in offshore oil production,a patrol in-spection and emergency rescue system for offshore oil platforms based on UAV platform is pro-posed in this paper.Through the design of remote sensing monitoring subsystem,data communi-cation subsystem,data processing subsystem and integrated command subsystem,mul-ti-dimensional field perception,real-time video transmission,fast data processing and flexible application are realized,which improving the level of patrol inspection and emergency rescue.
