基于微信小程序的规化与土地行政服务平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Planning and Land Administrative Service Platform Based on WeChat Mini Programs

政务微信作为一种新的政务媒体形态,在助力服务型政府建设中发挥了重要作用。本文在分析规划与土地行政服务(简称规土行政服务)现状的基础上,提出以微信小程序为开发载体,设计并实现了基于小程序的规土行政服务平台,充分发挥了小程序“微、小、轻”的特点,为社会公众提供更便捷的行政服务的同时,也为政府行政效能监督、绩效考核提供了数据支撑,具有较好的应用前景,为“互联网+政务”提供了新的发展思路和参考。

As a new form of government affairs media,WeChat is playing an important role in building a service-oriented government.Based on the analysis of the status quo of administrative services,this paper puts forward the WeChat mini programs as the carrier of development,and designs and implements a plan and land administrative service platform based on mini programs,and gives full play to the characteristics of the“tiny,small,and light”programs.While providing more convenient administrative services for the public,it also provides data support for government administrative efficiency supervision and performance evaluation,and has a good application prospect,providing new development ideas and references for“Internet plus government affairs”.
