该系统实现了同时进行存量数据整合和日常登记发证业务工作,在登记存量数据数据量庞大、标准不统一、格式多样化,整合工作时间紧迫的情况下,采用采集表单约束、基于工作流程管理的形式,在多人作业模式下保证了数据的规范性和准确性,为实现不动产统一登记工作提供数据基础支撑。本文详细介绍了该系统的设计功能和实现。

At the same time,the system realizes the integration of stock data and the work of daily registration and certification service.In the case of large amount of data,unified standard,diversified format,and urgent integration of working time,the form of collection form constraints and workflow management is adopted to ensure the normalization and accuracy of data in the multi person operation mode,and to realize the unity of real estate.Registration provides a data base support.This paper introduces the design function and implementation of the system in detail.
