面向黑龙江省农村土地确权数据处理的实用工具设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Utility for Data Processing of Heilongjiang Province Rural Land Confirmation

随着近年来全国农村土地确权承包经营权确权登记工作的深入开展,黑龙江省农村土地确权工作已进入到关键阶段。针对现今黑龙江省农村土地确权入库检查软件种类繁多、对数据要求不统一、处理方式烦琐、具体功能不完善等情况,开发一套适用于黑龙江省农村土地确权数据处理,能有效解决不同入库软件数据格式需求,方便数据批量化提取与修改,可按需智能输出所需文件的实用工具必不可少。本文主要介绍了数据处理实用工具的结构设计、运行环境、开发语言及功能实现,分析了该软件的特色与应用前景。

With the thorough development of confirming the rights to contract and operate rural land,the work of Heilongjiang Province rural land confirmation has entered the critical stage.In view of the fact that there are many kinds of software for data storage and checking in Heilongjiang Province,data requirements are not uniform,the way of handling is complex,specific function is imperfect,it is absolutely necessary to develop a utility for data processing of Heilongjiang Province rural land confirmation,effectively solving the data format requirements of different software for data storage,extracting and modifying data conveniently,outputting required documents intelligently.This paper mainly introduces the structure design,operating environment,development language and function realization of the utility,analysis of the features and application prospects of the utility.
