Establishment and Deformation Analysis of Gui’an 2000 Coordinate System

为解决贵安新区测绘基准混乱及投影变形值过大问题,贵阳市测绘院受贵安新区管委会委托建立了符合规范要求的贵安城市独立坐标系。本文以贵安2000坐标系建立为例,介绍了城市独立坐标系建立的原理及方法,着重讨论了如何确定城市独立坐标系的相关参数,为新区建立独立坐标系积累了一定的经验。

To solve the problem of confusion in the surveying and mapping datum and excessive projection deformation in Gui′an New Area,commissioned by the Management Committee of Gui'an New Area,an urban independent coordinate system in Gui'an New Area that meets the requirements was established.This article takes the Gui′an 2000 coordinate system as an example to introduce the principle and methodology of establishing an urban independent coordinate system.It focuses on how to determine the relevant parameters in the urban independent coordinate system,which accumulates experience for the establishment of an independent coordinate system in this new area.
