成果检验中数学精度评分方法的优化

摘要 针对目前测绘地理信息成果质量检验中数学精度评分方法不一致的问题,黑龙江省地方标准DB 23/T 1830—2017《测绘地理信息成果质量检查与验收第1部分:大比例尺地形图》在制定过程中优化了数学精度评分方法,明确了允许中误差即规范或设计的规定值,统一了评定尺度。通过误差理论分析和试验结果对比验证了本文提出的评分方法的合理性和可行性。 For the differences among present mathematics accuracy rating methods for quality inspection and acceptance of surveying,mapping and geoinformation products,this article mainly introduces the optimization on mathematics accuracy rating methods in the making of Heilongjiang′s local standard DB 23/T 1830-2017 Specifications for quality inspection and acceptance of surveying,mapping and geoinformation products Part 1:Large scale topographic map,which clarified that the permissible mean square error is namely the specified value,and it keeps the consistency of rating evaluation reasonably.Finally,the rationality and feasibility of the rating method in this paper will be verified by error theoretical analysis and comparison tests.
