不同方法治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Different Methods for the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection in Children

目的探讨不同方法治疗儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效。方法选择有消化道症状,13C-呼气试验检测幽门螺杆菌阳性的180例,随机分为两组,对照组90例给予标准三联疗法治疗(奥美拉唑+阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾+克拉霉素),观察组90例给予序贯疗法(前5 d奥美拉唑+阿莫西林/克拉维酸钾,后5 d,奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+甲硝唑),比较两组主要临床表现,治疗结果,停药4周后复查13C-呼气试验。结果观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为91.11%、90.00%,根除率分别为78.59%、75.56%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,对照组为7.78%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论标准三联疗法,序贯疗法对儿童幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗安全、有效、依从性好。

Objective To explore the curative effect of treatment of helicobacter pylori infection in children with different method. Method To choose have the digestive tract symptom, 13C-breath test to detect helicobacter pylori positive 180 cases were randomly divided into two groups:control group, 90 cases of standard triple therapy treatment(omeprazole + amoxicillin/clavulanic acid potassium + clarithromycin), the observation group 90 examples given sequential therapy(5 days before the date of omeprazole + amoxicillin/clavulanic acid potassium, after 5 days, omeprazole,clarithromycin and metronidazole), compared two groups of major clinical manifestations, treatment results, 4 weeks after drug withdrawal review 13C breath test. Results The observation group and control group total effective rate were 91.11%, 90.00%, the eradication rates were 78.59%, 75.56%,there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups(P >0.05), the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%, the control group was 7.78%, there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Standard triple therapy, sequential therapy is safe, effective and effective in treating helicobacter pylori infection in children.
