摘要
目的分析系统护理干预措施对PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者握拳运动依从性的影响。方法选择在我院接受PICC置管肿瘤化疗的120例患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组实施系统护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组握拳运动依从性。结果对比两组患者握拳运动完全依从人数干预组多于对照组,组间对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者实施系统护理干预能够提高患者的握拳运动依从性,减少相关并发症。
Objective To analyze the effect of systemic nursing intervention on the compliance of fistula movement in patients with PICC catheterization chemotherapy.Methods 120 patients who underwent PICC catheter chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group implemented systemic nursing intervention and the control group received routine nursing.The two groups were compared with the fist movement.Results Compared with the control group,the number of fistula movements in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention in patients with PICC catheterization chemotherapy can improve the patient's fist movement compliance and reduce related complications.
