提升西药房药学服务质量的做法与可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨提升西药房药学服务质量的做法与可行性。方法纳入我院2017年1月至2018年4月90例服用西药治疗患者,数字表法分组,常规管理组用常规西药房管理,西药房药学服务组用西药房药学服务。比较两组满意程度;患者药物原理的认知、遵医服药行为、疾病控制时间;护理前后西药房药学服务质量;不当用药发生率。结果西药房药学服务组满意程度、西药房药学服务质量、患者药物原理的认知、遵医服药行为、疾病控制时间、不当用药发生率方面相比常规管理组更好,P<0.05。结论服用西药治疗患者实施西药房药学服务效果确切。 Objective To explore the practice and feasibility of improving the quality of pharmacy service in West pharmacy.Methods 90 cases of Western medicine were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018,the digital chart method group,the routine management group was managed by the general Western pharmacy,and the Western pharmacy pharmacy service group was used by the Western pharmacy pharmacy service group.Compare the satisfaction of two groups;cognition of the patient's drug principles,observance of medical medication behavior,and disease control time;The quality of pharmacy service before and after nursing;Incidence of improper use of drugs.Results The level of satisfaction of pharmacy service group in West pharmacy,the quality of pharmacy service in West pharmacy,the cognition of drug principle of patients,the behavior of drug observance,the time of disease control,and the incidence of improper drug use were better than those in conventional management group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of Western medicine on Western pharmacy pharmacy service is accurate.
