微创保胆取石术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的手术效果对比观察

Comparison of Surgical Results between Minimally Invasive Biliary Stone Removal and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Gallstones

目的探讨微创保胆取石术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的手术效果对比观察。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在大连市友谊医院就诊的胆结石手术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例,采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术,试验组使用微创保胆取石术,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后饮食恢复时间、术后并发症等。结果试验组各项观察指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆结石患者使用微创保胆取石术可以较少术中出血量、较少手术时间,促进术后肠道恢复,较少并发症的发生,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in dalian friendship hospital patients with gallstone surgery,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group 40 cases,adopt laparoscopic cholecystectomy,experimental group using minimally invasive bile stone extraction for,compare two groups of patients with operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery time,postoperative complications,etc.Results All the observation indexes were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with gallstones using minimally invasive can protect gall stone extraction for less intraoperative blood loss,less operation time,promote the postoperative intestinal recovery,fewer complications,is worth popularizing in clinical.
