摘要
目的分析评价妊娠糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预的方法及效果。方法选取我院于2016年1月至2017年1月收治的妊娠糖尿病患者60例,随机分成2组,对照组患者采取一般护理模式,观察组患者采取综合护理干预,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果在临床护理效果方面,观察组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者采取综合护理干预可有效控制血糖水平,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the method and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods 60 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with general nursing mode,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results In the clinical nursing effect,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively control the level of blood sugar,which is worthy of clinical application.
