广州建设新型智慧城市的对策研究——基于伦敦智慧城市建设经验的借鉴

A study on the strategies for Guangzhou to build the new smart city——Learning from the experience of smart city construction in London

随着智慧城市建设的不断深入和迭代演进,广州在向新型智慧城市推进的过程中面临着一些制约瓶颈和深层次的问题。作为全球智慧城市之一的伦敦,其建设经验对广州具有重要的借鉴意义。文章通过对伦敦智慧城市建设经验的全面剖析,结合广州实际,提出广州建设新型智慧城市的对策建议:加强统筹规划,增量式推进智慧化建设;汇集社会力量,形成多方协同建设格局;强化数据驱动,以数据价值助推智慧化;注重城乡统筹,构建绿色发展生态体系;坚持创新引领,打造持续创新应用生态。

With the continuous deepening and iterative evolution of smart city construction,Guangzhou is facing some bottlenecks and deep-seated problems in the process of advancing to the new smart city.As one of the smart cities in the world,London's construction experience is of great significance to Guangzhou.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the experience of London's smart city construction and Guangzhou's reality,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Guangzhou's construction of a new type of wisdom city:strengthening overall planning,incremental promotion of wisdom construction;gathering social forces to form a multi-party cooperative construction pattern;strengthening data-driven to promote wisdom with data value;focusing on urban-rural coordination and building a green development ecosystem;adhere to the guidance of innovation and create a sustainable innovation application ecology.
