摘要
文章在剖析互联网发展对我国技术创新影响机制的基础上,利用2002-2016年我国31个省市自治区数据,实证分析互联网对我国技术创新能力的影响效应与门槛效应.研究发现,互联网发展水平对我国技术创新水平提升具有显著的促进作用,且存在区域差异,互联网对东部创新能力提升的促进作用明显高于中西部地区;互联网与研发强度的交互作用对创新水平提升存在促进作用.互联网发展水平对技术创新能力提升还存在门槛效应,随着互联网普及率提高,研发强度对技术创新水平的作用效应呈阶段性加速上升;同样,随着研发强度提高,互联网普及率对技术创新能力的作用效应呈阶段性加速上升.互联网发展水平已经成为拉动我国技术创新能力提升的一个重要要素.文章最后探讨了对策建议,以期为更好地发挥互联网对我国技术创新能力的提升作用提供有益的思路.
Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism of the internet development on China’s technological innovation, the study empirically analyzes the influential effect and the threshold effect of the internet on China’s technological innovation ability by using the data of 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2002 to 2016. It finds that the level of internet development has a significant role in promoting the level of the technological innovation in China, and there are regional differences. The role of internet in promoting innovation abilities in the eastern region is significantly higher than that of in the central and western regions. The interaction between internet and R&D intensity promotes the innovation level. Moreover, the level of the internet development also has a threshold effect on the improvement of the technological innovation abilities. With the increase of internet penetration, the effect of R&D intensity on the technological innovation level is accelerating at stages. Similarly, with the increase of R&D intensity, the effect of internet penetration on the technological innovation ability is accelerating. The level of internet development has become an important factor to promote the technological innovation ability in China. Finally, it discusses the countermeasures and suggestions in order to better play the role of the internet in enhancing China’s technological innovation abilities.
