摘要
企业的发展离不开良好的人力资源管理,在人力资源管理中,薪酬管理又占据着重要的位置。论文介绍了企业薪酬管理的特点、当前企业薪酬管理中存在的问题以及解决对策,以供参考。
The development of enterprises can not be separated from the good human resources management.In the human resources management,the compensation management also occupies the important position.This paper introduces the characteristics of enterprise compensation management,the problems existing in enterprise compensation management and the solutions,for reference.
