互联网时代下企业财务管理创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Enterprise Financial Management Under the Internet Era

互联网的快速发展,在给企业发展创造机遇的同时,也对企业财务管理提出挑战。论文首先分析了互联网对财务管理工作的影响,表明企业财务管理创新是势在必行的,其次从财务人才、理论观念、信息化建设水平、风险管控、制度流程、管理模式六个方面展现我国现阶段财务管理存在的主要问题,最后,针对现存的主要问题,给出互联网时代财务管理的创新措施。

The rapid development of the internet not only creates opportunities for the development of enterprises,but also challenges the financial management of enterprises.This paper firstly analyzes the impact of the internet on financial management,indicating that the innovation of enterprise financial management is imperative.Secondly,this paper presents the main problems existing in financial management in China at this stage from six aspects:financial talents,theoretical concepts,information construction level,risk control,system process and management mode.Finally,according to the existing main problems,it gives innovative measures for financial management under the internet era.
